Do you have metal buildings? Yes, we offer full metal buildings by Carolina Carports. You can choose from a single carport to a full Garage or Utility Building. See Carports for details.
What if I want to match my existing house? We have many styles, paint and roof colors to choose from and even have Vinyl siding available to assist you in matching an existing home or structure.
Will I need a permit for a portable building? This varies from place to place. We suggest you check with your specific municipality and subdivision for any permits required. Remember when inquiring, to specify that this is a Portable building, as that makes a big difference as to which codes and restrictions apply.
Can I customize my building? There are many choices in styles and options that will allow you to customize your building to suit your specific needs. Tell us the purpose of your building, and we will assist you in finding the right design, options and details for you.
To which areas do you deliver? All of Missouri and most bordering states. Please inquire for your specific area.
What is the Rent To Own program? The Rent To Own program is a NO Credit Check, 36 or 48 month, month to month contract where your pay a low monthly payment. A portion (55%) of each payment goes to the purchase price of the building and the rest (45%) goes to the rental portion. After 36 or 48 months, the building is yours to keep. You are able to cancel this contract any time, and simply turn in the building. You can pay this off early or pay additional each month and it will be put towards the cost of the building itself. A great plan to enable you to get the building you need, when you need it.
Do you have financing available? Yes, we currently offer a 90 Days same as cash, a deferred program and a 12 months Zero Interest plan. Please contact us for rates and details.
What kind of down payment will I need? We can accept a $250 down payment to order the building and the balance will be due at delivery. If you are on the Rent to Own program, we will need $250 plus the first month's rent to order the building and then monthly payments will begin after delivery of the building.
What kind of warranty or guarantee do you offer? The quality products used in construction of the buildings, like the siding and roof materials, each contain there own exceptional warranties. The Smartsiding has a 50yr warranty and the Asphalt shingles a 25yr warranty and the metal roof a 40yr warranty, while many have limited lifetime warranties for example. Even more important and impressive is the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee which states that if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any Classic Building or service, you will receive a full refund.
